  • You will back around a corner, parallel park, hill park, perform the starting maneuver, make lane changes, go through traffic lights, stop signs, and more
  • Will test your ability to drive safely and legally on the roads
  • All traffic laws must be followed at all times
  • If you do not have an Instruction Permit, we can give you a Temporary Authorization to drive for the duration of the exam
  • Skills Exam takes about 15-20 minutes on average
  • A passing Skills Exam Score is valid for 1 year

I Passed my Exams, Now What?

Under 18 years old
  • Make sure you meet the requirements
  • Pass a Driver Training Course
  • Passing Knowledge Exam score
  • Passing Skills Exam score
  • 16 years old
  • Have the Instruction Permit for at least 6 months
  • Complete 50 hours of driving at home
  • 10 of those hours must be at night
  • Have parent/guardian permission to get license
  • Go to a DOL office, bring your permit, birth certificate, social security card and any other ID you may have.
  • Parent/Guardian must be with you and provide valid photo ID.
  • Get your Driver's License
Over 18 years old

  • Passing Skills Exam score
